TRIBUNNEWS.COM, KULONPROGO - Sebagian warga terdampak pembangunan Bandara Kulonprogo peserta program relokasi dari Pedukuhan Kragon II, Desa Palihan menolak menerima Surat Peringatan (SP) ketiga untuk pengosongan lahan bandara.
Alasannya, mereka belum bersedia pindah lantaran rumahnya belum rampung dibangun.
Padahal, Jumat (22/9/2017) ini menjadi batas akhir masa pengosongan lahan oleh warga seperti diinstruksikan PT Angkasa Pura I melalui surat perintahnya.
Diungkapkan Dukuh Kragon II Palihan, Wiharto, pada Rabu (20/9/2017) beberapa petugas dari PT Angkasa Pura I mendatangi warga untuk memberikan SP 3 tersebut.
Namun, tim tersebut pulang tanpa hasil karena warga menolak menerima surat peringatan tersebut.
"SP pertama dan kedua memang melalui saya pembagiannya. Namun, karena warga sudah keberatan kalau pindah saat Suro, saya ngga berani membagikannya lagi dan meminta petugas Angkasa Pura untuk memberikannya sendiri kepada warga. Ternyata warga tetap belum mau menerimanya," kata Wiharto saat dihubungi, Jumat (22/9/2017).
Menurutnya, warga hanya mau menerima SP 3 tersebut dilanjut pindahan apabila rumah barunya sudah selesai dibangun.
Warga enggan pindah karena saat ini masih Suro sebagai bulan yang sakral bagi masyarakat Jawa dan bukan waktu yang baik untuk kegiatan pindah rumah.
"Tradisi Jawa dan kepercayaan seperti itu masing sangat kuat di masyarakat sini. Jadi, mereka ngga mau pindah saat Suro. Di tempat saya belum ada yang pindah sama sekali," kata dia. (TRIBUNJOGJA.COM)
